Summer Lane is an incredible waterfront property. Our home was features a 16 x 40 second floor deck and the same size under deck paver patio. Take in the amazing view of the lake as you sit in our Marquis Hot Tub with LED lighting. You will love the view from the deck and hot tub as you can see for miles. The dining area seats ten and has a gorgeous view of the lake. You can see the lake from almost every room in the house. The swimming area is ideal because we are located in one of the only no wake coves on the lake. Step down steps into the lake help for easy entry. Serve food and drinks from the cabana on the dock where there is plenty of seating in and out of the sun. There is a large floating dock for your boat, or wave runners and lots of space on our stationary dock. Enjoy exploring the lake as you cruise the shoreline in our three complementary kayaks and paddle-boards. At night enjoy our complementary firewood and the lakeside fire pit area to roast your marshmallows. Every detail has been taken care of, and the quality of the home, appliances, and furnishings are unmatched. The expansive kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, small appliances and everything you would need for that special meal. There are actually three refrigerators for your use. Enjoy the downstairs where your family can chill and watch TV or battle it out in a family tournament of foosball or air hockey. Enjoy the bar area where there is another refrigerator and sink. You will find Wi-Fi throughout the home. This home offers 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms also completely updated with new vanities and furnishings. Located off the main channel of Craddock’s Creek you are protected by the no wake cove but only a cove away from the most beautiful part of Smith Mountain Lake. The location is ideal and only a short drive to restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores. We are one minute from enjoying the State Park Beach and attractions.
